Self pity is one of the most destructive emotions.

Even more destructive than the event that brought about the emotion in the first place.

Self acceptance, on the other hand, is one of the most powerful.

When we turn our self pity into self acceptance we become stronger, more creative, more at peace.

We attract positivity instead of negativity into our lives.

Pity Enables. Acceptance Empowers.
