54: Don’t Forget Your Legs

I hated being called skinny.

So I joined a gym and bulked up.

But I only worked out my upper body and not my legs.
The legs are hidden and they take a long time to see results.
It’s easy to build big biceps and a nice chest so the legs get pushed off.

I realized that I was making a big mistake.

The legs are the foundation of your body.
They hold everything else up.

So many people neglect their foundations because people only see the outside and it’s easier to impress others with a good looking exterior.

But your foundation is everything. In business, relationships, health. Your foundation is what everything else is built upon.

Don’t neglect the real work for the quick wins.

True success takes patience and hard work.
