Stress doesn’t kill you.

In fact it keeps you alive!

It’s the WORRYING about stress that kills people.

Think about old people who retire and have nothing to do.
They sit in an old age home and their bodies deteriorate quicker.

Stress is what causes muscles to strengthen.

What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.

Stress is healthy. Worrying about stress isn’t.
